What to do if you don't know your PIN?

PIN – Personal Identification Number

Your PIN is the 4 digit number created when you register to obtain a library card.  This number is considered a password for your library account and allows you to take advantage of all the services JGRLS offers: 

Axis 360 eBooks Collection, Mango, World Book Online, Learn-A-Test, Statewide Virtual Union Catalog & Interlibrary Loan Service; and

Remote access to your account to renew borrowed items, place holds, or just review.

If you don't remember your PIN, try the last four digits of your library card ID or a combination of 4 numbers familiar to you (ex. last four digits of your phone number); or

You can request to have your PIN reset at any JGRLS Branch circulation desk. This cannot be done by phone or email. You must visit the branch in person.
